From Istanbul to Bolu (the distance is 262 km):
Traveling by bus from Istanbul to Bolu takes about 3 hours (fares  about 20 YTL=16 US\$)
In Istanbul Main Bus Terminal there are more then 3 main bus companies  (names and phone
numbers will be given). Almost each one hour a bus to Bolu can be found.
You can get to Istanbul Main Bus Terminal (Büyük Otogar) from Istanbul  Central Airport
(Ataturk Havalimanı)  http://www.turkeytravelplanner.com/Maps/ist_metro_map.html
by metro (open between 5:00-23:00) or by taxi (fares about 30YTL).


From Ankara to Bolu (the distance is 160 km):
Traveling by bus from Ankara to Bolu takes about 2 hours (fares about 15 YTL).
From Ankara Esenboga Airport to Ankara Main Bus Station (Otogar  terminal) buses are available
each half hour day and night (fare 10 YTL).


From Bolu Bus Station to the University (Symposium place) is 10 km:
Someone meet you in the bus station to take to the university.
Some possibilities but not 100\%:
At 16 September we will try to arrange 2 minibuses from Ankara to Bolu
and from Istanbul to Bolu. Also some local participants from Ankara and
Istanbul can meet and help to take participants to Bolu.
