| Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that Abant Izzet Baysal University is organizing the International Symposium on Positivity and Its Applications in Science and Economics dedicated to Professor Safak Alpay on occasion of his 60-th birthday. The Symposium will be held at Bolu in Turkey
on September 17-19, 2008.
The scientific program of the conference will include invited lectures (50 min), short communications (20 min) and posters. The program schedule will be announced later. The organisers plan to publish abstracts of accepted talks. Proceedings volume will be discussed during the the Symposium.
Participants are requested to register by filling out the attached REGISTRATION FORM and sending it to:

Deadline for submission of registration forms: July 20, 2008.
Deadline for submission of abstracts: August 10, 2008.
The conference fee is 150 EURO (100 EURO for students)
including accomodation. It should be paid in cash upon
arrival. More information about local transportation,
accomodation, program schedule, etc., will be available on the webpage http://www.positivity.ibu.edu.tr
